Training Facilities
A wide variety of training facilities are available for reservation. All facilities have a wood floor.
The Organizing Committee will process all training requests and work to develop a fair schedule. Training facility requests received after June 15 will be accommodated on an as-available basis only. To ensure you get the training space you requre, submit your request before June 15. Once the schedule is developed, you will receive an invoice for your training time. Facility time is not confirmed until payment is received. Reservations will be cancelled for invoices not paid by July 5.

Competition Venue & Practice Facilities
The competition will be held at the Abbotsford Centre - a 7,000-seat multi-purpose venue which opened in 2009. The venue has a minimum clearance of 42 feet (12.8 metres) to the ceiling.
National contingents that arrive in Abbotsford in advance of the competition will have access to separate practice facilities. The competition venue is not available for practice prior to the event. Practice facility arrangements will be coordinated by the Canadian Baton Twirling Federation.
Accommodation
With the assistance of Tourism Abbotsford, a special group of hotels is sponsoring the event. Accommodation arrangements are being coordinated by the Canadian Baton Twirling Federation.

The inaugural Grand Prix competition will be held August 10-11, 2015 in beautiful Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada.
This competition will bring the best twirlers from around the world together to compete in Solo, 2-Baton and Team events.

Shuttle Bus Pass
All Country Member Delegates, Athletes, Coaches & Individual Spectators who book rooms at one of the Abbotsford sponsor hotels may purchase a shuttle pass which provides transportation for both competition days.
Shuttle transportation will operate a peak capacity during the morning and evening periods, to move everyone to and from the hotel and the Abbotsford Centre quickly and efficiently.

Delegation Lunch
The Abbotsford Centre concessions will be open during the competition. These will serve all spectators to the event.
Members of each country's official delegation (athletes, coaches and officials) can pre-purchase a private lunch that will be served during the event.
